Hi There,

I’m Tashi, a Tibetan American UX designer in NYC with experience working on end-to-end product design in the e-commerce, finance, and video game spaces. I am a self-taught creative with a passion for problem-solving and an inherent drive for knowledge.

While I now call NYC home, I spent most of my childhood in Tibet, Nepal, and India. Growing up in different countries has taught me that as humans, we all interact with our surroundings in a similar manner despite the unique cultures we adopt or the languages we learn to speak. So as a designer, my top priority is to build simple and intuitive interfaces to make the digital world more accessible.

When I’m not sitting in front of a laptop, I like to tend to my indoor “garden” (aka pots and pots of plants) and sit in the sun with my plants. I am a fanatic for spicy food, so I have recently been growing my own chili peppers and creating my own hot sauce recipes.

Please reach out if you would like to learn more about my experience, collaborate with me or want to hear more about my hot sauce recipes.

Also please enjoy some of my most recent creative projects.
